According to the rules of scholastic sports, high school students are not able to receive cash prizes.  Their place in the standings will be  duly recognized and should they place in a  cash prize bracket that prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

 

 

I will definitely be spreading the word about the professionalism of this race. It was really nice to see a community come together and work towards a common goal...a true model for others to follow.
